Nicole was born in Prince George and grew up in Maple Ridge. Upon graduating high school she moved to Vancouver and completed a diploma in one of her personal interests, Baking and Pastry, at the Art Institute of Vancouver. She also had an interest in Healthcare and found work as a Navigator at BC Children and Women’s Hospital, and as a ‘Wayfinder’ at VGH.
As Nicole became more interested in the Healthcare industry, she returned to school where she is currently completing her undergrad in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University with the goal of attending Optometry school once she graduates.
In her spare time Nicole still enjoys cooking and baking (especially cakes!), and as well she is an avid reader of humour novels and autobiographies.
